New Air Freight Schedule — Effective July 7, 2026
We are pleased to announce an updated air freight schedule with additional weekly departures. Starting July 7, 2026, air freight will depart Miami every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, reducing transit times for all customers.
St. Lucia Customs Holiday Closure — July 4–6
Please note that St. Lucia Customs will be closed July 4–6, 2026 for the Independence Day holiday. Packages arriving during this period will be processed starting July 7. Plan your shipments accordingly.
New Door-to-Door Delivery Zones Added
We have expanded our door-to-door delivery service to cover all parishes in St. Lucia, including Soufrière, Vieux Fort, and Micoud. All customers can now enjoy home delivery regardless of location.
Updated Duty Rates for Electronics
The Government of St. Lucia has updated customs duty rates for certain electronics categories effective June 1, 2026. Please review our updated Rates page for the latest duty information before placing orders.

PayPal Payment Option Now Available
We are excited to announce that PayPal is now accepted as a payment method for all Islander Express services. You can now pay for your shipments using your PayPal account in addition to Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe.
